Shipping policy

Local Pickup is available free of charge. Buyer will receive confirmation email when Item is ready for pickup at the location stated.

We ship Domestic and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Please contact USPS if your item has shipped and has been delayed.

Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 days to process your order.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do NOT issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

All orders will arrive typically between 1-5 business days from the time of ship confirmation.

Any packages that are stolen or lost please contact USPS(United States Postal Services) at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. Love Training is NOT LIABLE for packages that have been tracked as delivered and are missing, damaged or stolen.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
